Programs

COLLEGIATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM is designed to
provide holistic partnerships with institutions of higher
education to increase placement rates of Black
students. Programmatic elements include scholarships,
near-peer mentoring, and more.
HBCU INITIATIVE provides an additional element of
support for HBCU undergraduate and graduate students
seeking internships and full-time employment.

The HBCU Career Crash Course webinar series provides practical advice and professional development opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students.  Webinar topics are based on feedback received from current students and alumni and focus on important information that may not be readily available on campus. 

LEADERS OF TOMORROW®

Introduced in 1991 for high school students who
aspire to leadership roles within their
professional fields of endeavor. Through the
pillars of programming, the LOT® program
provides resources to coach students in
leadership, career preparation, college
preparation, financial literacy and more.
